1. Nature of Advisory Services
PROPERTYWAYS provides strategic real estate advisory, title deed verification, property valuation guidance, and buyer/seller matching across Lucknow. We do not act as an unlicensed speculative broker; our services focus on on-ground verification, municipal approvals, and verified asset acquisition.
2. Portfolio Showcase & Representational Renders
Images, architectural elevations, interactive 3D scroll frame journeys, and conceptual models displayed across this portfolio website represent design archetypes, master layouts, and architectural standards. Actual inventory dimensions, finishes, and final developer specifications are verified during formal title search and site agreements.
3. Due Diligence & Title Verification
While PROPERTYWAYS carries out meticulous 30-year registrar searches, LDA layout approvals, and RERA verification protocols, final legal deed execution remains subject to state registry stamp duties, sub-registrar execution, and banking legal clearance as mandated by Indian property law.
4. Advisory Fees & Commercial Terms
Advisory fees, consultation retainers, and transaction facilitation commissions are agreed upon in writing between the client and PROPERTYWAYS prior to formal agreement execution. Initial consultation calls and preliminary shortlists are provided on a complimentary basis.
5. Jurisdiction & Governance
Any legal dispute arising from consultations or transaction agreements shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
