A Consultancy Built on Repeat Business
PROPERTYWAYS began in 1995, working in a Lucknow property market where almost every transaction started with a referral. That inheritance shapes how we still work: we are a consultancy first, and a listing business second.
Three decades in one city means we have watched localities change character. Areas that were agricultural land in the 1990s are now built-out colonies. Roads that carried nothing now carry the traffic that decides whether a shop frontage is worth paying for. That kind of knowledge is not on a portal, and it is usually what a client is really paying us for.
We handle residential and commercial property across Lucknow — buying, selling, renting and fresh bookings in new projects — and we stay involved from the first conversation until the keys are handed over.
